Ioanna Karvela is Associate Professor for Applied Linguistics and Didactics for German as a foreign languagein the Department of German Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her main research interests are located in the areas: Lexicology, Theory of Reading Comprehension, Textlinguistics and their applications in Learning German as a foreign language.
