Nikolaos-Ioannis Koskinas is Assistant Professor of German Literature at the Department of German Language and Literature of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).He studied German Literature at the University of Athens and received his PhD from the Humboldt University of Berlin under the supervision of Frank Hörnigk and Jürgen Schutte. From 2006 on, he worked as a lecturer at the TU Berlin, at the Humboldt University of Berlin and at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. Since 2016 he teaches and conducts research at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His research focuses on 20th century and contemporary German literature, GDR literature, cultures of memory, and contemporary German drama.
